Merchandise must be returned within fourteen (14) days after an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is issued. Items that are received after fourteen (14) days from the date an RMA number is issued will not be eligible for credit or exchange, they will be eligible for repair only.
If an ordered item is canceled while in shipment or is refused acceptance
on delivery, we will refund the item's cost LESS shipping charges upon
return of the item.
EXCLUSIONS to this policy include physical damage caused by accidents,
